Authentic Stories from Diners
I had high hopes for Gandhi Indian Restaurant based on the reviews, but my experience was a bit mixed. The Lamb Vindaloo was quite spicy and packed with flavor, which I loved, but the Chicken Korma was more on the bland side. The service was decent, but we felt neglected at times, especially when we were waiting for our dessert. The restaurant itself was cozy, but it felt a bit cluttered. For the price, it’s a good option if you’re in Pisa, but I left feeling like there’s room for improvement.
I recently had dinner at Gandhi Indian Restaurant with a couple of friends and overall, it was a great experience. We ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala and the Paneer Butter Masala, both of which were flavorful and well-prepared. The garlic naan was also a highlight—perfectly fluffy and buttery! The ambiance was warm and inviting, though it did get a bit noisy as the restaurant filled up. My only suggestion would be to improve the service timing; our drinks took a little longer to arrive. Still, I would definitely return for the delicious food and friendly atmosphere!
Wow, what an amazing dining experience at Gandhi Indian Restaurant! I went there last weekend for a special celebration with my family, and we were blown away. The Butter Chicken was absolutely divine—so creamy and flavorful, it melted in my mouth! We also tried the Aloo Gobi, which was perfectly spiced. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The ambiance was vibrant, adding to the overall experience. I can’t wait to come back and try more dishes—this place is a gem in Pisa!

In Piazza dei Miracoli, you can view both the tower and the cathedral. Entering the piazza, first see the Leaning Tower.
