My ticket included English guide for the leaning tower but there was no one for English guide - very disappointing!

Don’t do this tour! Find a different one…there are plenty of others to choose from. I booked a ticket for next week but almost immediately realized that I inadvertently put the wrong date. I tried to correct it minutes later but there was no option available. Emailed them immediately and they said there is no way to change it. Life’s too short to pull those kinds of tricks. Think carefully before buying because these types of businesses that won’t support you are probably going to find other ways to scam you too. N. Morris
