We will meet in Piazza Garibaldi, next to the statue of the same name, where our local guide will be waiting for us. We will start walking through the streets of the historic center, in search of the more traditional flavors of local cuisine ... How about a platter of Tuscan cheeses and cold cuts with a good Spritz? We will taste these delicacies in one of the oldest wine bars in Pisa! Of course, not even a portion of cecina can be missing, a very thin focaccia prepared with chickpea flour, a real must of Pisan gastronomy and the típical pizza we made in the city which is different from other places in Italy.
