The entry ticket allowed entry five minutes before the selected time which was just right - the wait in line was short and the climb up the tower despite the narrow and somewhat slippery spiral was worth it when you reach the top . The view up tower fantastic and you could actually experience the tilt of the tower when you ascend and on top. The cloak room to store small bags and purse also was efficiently managed . Overall great experience

It felt really strange at first walking up a leaning stair case! There are sections in the stairwell were you can have a little rest if you need to, you don’t need to be super fit. Great views at the top.

Of course, the experience was fabulous. The buildings were unbelievable, and chilling out on top of the Leaning Tower was an experience my family and I will never forget. But we could have had the same experience for 81 Euros and not 147! Viator did not ‘enhance’ our experience in any way and in fact, the ticket delivery system was a pain as we had to get Tourist Info to speak to them to email the tickets to me.

Outstanding experience. Only complaint was the company emailed tickets, but the links on the app did not take us to the tickets. Took some time to pull them up. But the venue/experience was well worth it. Outstanding
