Unprofessional and disappointing

Your team cancelled our tickets THE NIGHT BEFORE so we didn't have time to get other tickets for another tour. Further, the message sent said that I need to contact Viator for a refund which is ridiculous because it was cancelled because of your group. I've used Viator a lot in my travels and not been disappointed, but this was a huge disappointment and not professional business practice.
If you ignore the crowds then it is magnificent!

Very crowded even on a quiet day in October. Queues for tickets but there are ways to avoid some of these.
Be very aware of pickpockets!
We arrived in the wet but thankfully it dried up and we were able to enjoy the Duomo and the outside of the tower and baptistry. The whole complex is stunning though it is the Duomo that is the star of the show! It you only have a short time to see things then the inside of the cathedral is the one not to miss.

The explanation of the tour was misleading and overpriced
First, it didn’t specifically inform that the entrance to the tower was not included, so did to the long lines the kids couldn’t visit the tower. Second, it would’ve cost us almost half had we purchased Lon site the same we got
