An amazing weekend getaway!

It was an all round exceptional trip. The sights, the room, the helpful tips on where to go and how to get there. I was really impressed with the cleanliness. Would definitely recommend.
The room was spacious, nice and clean. There was a cot prepared for our kid. The host was superkind and helpful.

We spent two nights on our way to Corsica and on the way back at Andrea's place. Everything was great. The self check-in works easily, the rooms are splendidly clean and provided with air conditioning. The shared kitchen is fully equipped so that we were able to cook on both stays. The host, Andrea, is without overstatement the kindest and most helpful host I have ever interacted with. He provided us with ample information about Pisa and the surrounding area. He is reachable by phone at any time and willing to help with all problems encountered. I will illustrate this with a little story. After our first night, we had to leave at 6am to catch our ferry in Livorno. Unfortunately, I left the key in the room without opening the electric gate of the buildings private parking space first. Thus, we were locked in and couldn't get the car out. I called Andrea and rung him out of bed. Half an hour later he arrived and opened the gate for us. Not only did he not complain, he also calmed us down and told us that we would still reach the ferry. We were blown away by his helpfulness and kindness. If you're looking for an apartment on the outskirts of Pisa, I highly recommend Andrea's place. If we ever need to stay in Pisa for a night again, we know where we would go.

Andrea is one of the kindest host we have ever met. He welcomed us, helped us with free parking, showed the room, gave excellent tips on where to go and even helped booking a restaurant. Appartement is also very clean and modern. Everything you need for a comfortable rest. Excellent value!

Room is perfect, especialy the bed - one of the most comfortable bed we had in a long while. Common room (kitchen) is clean, tidy, with enough space and with everything we needed for our stay. Andrea was great, very welcoming, willing to help and provide any info neccecary. We listened for some of his recommendations and they did not dissapoint. Additionaly, it was very easy to negotiate our arrival even though we were unsure of our arrival time.

The host was amazing, and had awesome recommendations for where to eat and go. Both in the sourounding area and in Pisa center. He was amazing at answering questions about the area as well, and really knew Pisa and the sourounding cities! The room was spotless, and there was a shared kitchen so cooking was possible as well.

Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la gentilezza, disponibilità, empatia e professionalità di Andrea, che ci ha accolto in struttura come se fossimo in famiglia, ci ha dato indicazioni su tutto, dai luoghi da visitare e non perdere a Pisa ed anche a Lucca, luoghi di ristorazione e addirittura dove parcheggiare comodamente e gratuitamente. La stanza era ottima, pulita, accogliente e ben arredata. Dormito benissimo. La struttura è a 2 passi dall’Ospedale Universitario di Pisa, ottimo per noi che ne avevamo bisogno! Consigliatissimo

Ottima struttura molto pulita e curata nei minimi particolari. Andrea gentilissimo e disponibile, ci ha subito dato un sacco di consigli per quanto riguarda il cibo, su come muoverci e parcheggiare in città. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio!
