The hotel is near the airport,train station and the downtown,the room was very clean and the breakfast good.Also the internet connection was great.

Very close to the railway station, and thus convenient if using Pisa as a base for day-trips to towns such as Lucca and Livorno. The room was spacious and cleaned daily. It had a fridge and air-conditioning.

We just stayed the one night it was a stay over we arrived at 23:30 and left at 09:30 on your way to Lucca The bed was fine and so was the breakfast good selection and good coffee.

Front desk was very welcoming. They were full of interesting information about the city and gave advice on several things to do in the city. Rooms were large and comfortable and clean. Location is excellent, close to transportation with the train station nearby, and within walking distance of the main sights of the city. Overall an excellent experience.

All in all, we were quite satisfied with our stay here. The room was spacious (family/quadruple room), the beds were comfy, it was clean. The breakfast was also very good for Italian standards. The staff were very friendly. It's just around the corner from the railway station, but the area didn't feel dodgy. The hotel's position makes it a good base for exploring Pisa and the region.

Very clean. Staff helped to carry suitcase up the stairs. Staff were very helpful and changed the room as I didn’t want to use the lift. They also arranged the taxi for me.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. In particular we were impressed with the lady who checked us in who we witnessed being fluent in English, Italian and Spanish. Great location and close to the train station. Room was clean.
