Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt mittels Anweisung per Mail. Etwas ungewöhnlich ist, dass man zum Türöffnen eine Mobilnummer wählen muss. Die Wohnung liegt fast am Arno, ist aber mit dem Auto nicht leicht zu erreichen (gesperrte Zone). Gebührenpflichtige Parkplätze gibt es am Fluss. Die Wohnung liegt im EG und hat eine gut eingerichtete Küche. Ungewöhnlich ist, dass das Bad im Keller liegt (enger Zugang, niedrig). Man hört leider die vorbeigehenden Leute/Fahrzeuge. Die Innenstadt ist in 5-10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.
