We liked many things here: 1. Location - Walkable to PISA S Rossore station and the leaning tower of PISA. There is also a PAM hypermarket in front of the room 2. Clean - The room and bathroom are maintained well. 3. Kitchen - The kitchen has all the appliances along with unlimited coffee and green tea 4. Hospitality - The owner is very kind and approachable. During our stay our son fell sick and the owner and his daughter helped us with everything right from the emergency hospital, pharmacy and even got us a taxi (his daughter personally came with us to the pharmacy and helped us with the translation with the pharmacist)

It was easy fo checkin, the room was spacious, plenty of hot water, clean, and nice little common kitchen. The host allowed us to checkout at 11, which was nice. It's only a few minutes from Pisa Tower and there are lots of restaurants nearby. The bus stop is only a few steps away and there's a grocery store in front of the guest house.

The host has really nice touches and a bottle of water per person. So this was much welcomed after traveling to get to the Magnolia. Secondly a bottle of fizz again this was much appreciated after the stressful journey carrying many bags it meant that our first evening was much easier as it was Easter Sunday and no shops were open. The host suggested a restaurant to eat at and it was lovely. We was also welcomed by Italian Easter mini eggs which I thought was such a nice touch and also a cake pastry for our breakfast the next morning. There was also a fully equipped shared kitchen which was fabulous and the host had put coffee pods out for us to enjoy and he showed us around the kitchen cupboards etc and gave me a quick talk on how to use the coffee machine etc.
