Taxi Barcelona left us at the Pisa airport

The driver from Taxi Barcelona never came to pick us up at the airport. Despite the fact that the company acknowledged (by text) our airline/flight, arrival time, airport, etc, nobody came to the Pisa airport to pick us up. There was heavy rain right after our arrival in Pisa and we had to wait over 1 hour at the taxi line to be able to go to or hotel in Viareggio. Both myself and Viator representative tried to contact the company without success. Nobody would pick-up the phone or answer our texts. We prepaid for the transportation so that it would be no doubt we wanted the service. We were really disappointed the Taxi Barcelona did not provide the service. We have been booking tour services through Viator and never had any problems. Hopefully it was an unusual experience with Taxi Barcelona - very disappointing!
