We rented scooters from Smile and Ride, absolutely worth it getting around Pisa. The shopkeeper, Elena, was lovely and very nice to us.

We didn’t had a audioguide but made a tour by ourself. It is a nice way to take a look at all impressive buildings and monuments in Pisa!

The cell phone holder was so loose that you had to hold it with your thumb.
Pisa is not that spectacular, just seeing the tower is enough! Picking up at the train station was typical of the train station district: dirty, you felt uncomfortable

Unfortunately, the audio guide was only available in English.
Nevertheless, I give it 5/5 stars because the staff who introduced us to the equipment etc. were incredibly polite, courteous and friendly. I can only recommend this shop, even if it doesn't look that reputable from the outside. It's what's inside that counts, which you learn again at this shop. We arrived with bicycles and, courteous as they were, they offered to look after them for us. Simply great!!!!
