Nicoletta was a fantastic guide, very knowledgeable in regard to not only Pisan food, but the history of the area. We would not have found all the yummy places she took us to by ourselves. She happily catered for vegetarian as well. A must do for an authentic visit to Pisa!

Alessandra was a terrific guide - friendly, knowledgeable, interesting and patient. The tour itself was fantastic - the food was varied, plentiful and tasty, we learned a lot about Pisa’s history and covered a lot of ground. It was a good way to walk the city and get a flavour for the cuisine. Suggestions: 1. Walk a wider area with more time between stops - couldn’t do justice to the food given we were eating every 15 to 20 minutes. 2. Offer one more glass of wine or beer as part of the tour (the first glass of Prosecco was on the house). In summary, a wonderful experience and a great way to see a portion of Pisa away from the Leaning Tower complex.
